Proyecto vinícola de la DO Montsant que, de la mano de Ann y Peter Skoglund y del enólogo Joan Asens, está construyendo sobre tradiciones que datan de hace miles de años, pero con la mirada puesta en el futuro. El primer paso fue adquirir seis viñedos anexos y convertirlos en un viñedo más grande y totalmente ecológico. Estos viñedos tienen entre 40 y 70 años, y reflejan el terroir en el que han crecido. Las variedades principales de este proyecto son la garnacha y la cariñena, variedades típicas de la DO Montsant. Su objetivo es asentar esta DO en el mapa vinícola.

Bodega del Bages fundada en 1983 por Valentí Roqueta. Este proyecto nació con la ilusión de poner en valor el potencial vitícola de esta región, así como transmitir su esencia y personalidad. Con el deseo de reflejar la identidad de su territorio y de su singular entorno boscoso, pone en valor las variedades locales, como Picapoll, Mandó y Sumoll, que adquieren su máxima expresión en el terruño del que son originarias. Desde sus orígenes, la bodega ha buscado la innovación constante, nutriéndose de la historia que le precede y liderando la labor de investigación y recuperación de variedades locales del Bages.

Empresa vitícola cuyo proyecto principal es volcarse a la viticultura regenerativa. En algunas parcelas ya tienen cubierta vegetal en todas las fileras, y a partir de este otoño, dejaran de labrar e introducirán un descompactado para pasar de forma ocasional. El siguiente paso será activar el sistema suelo-planta con los mínimos años posibles y con la mínima pérdida de producción posible, aplicando técnicas como la siembra de leguminosas. En un futuro cercano, introduciran animales gestionados de forma extensiva i ecológica.

Proyecto vitivinícola que nace de la voluntad de un grupo de personas apasionadas por la viticultura, la enología y el desarrollo del potencial vitivinícola de las tierras de Teruel. Su objetivo es acompañar a una marca de referencia, Lagar d’Amprius, con unos vinos singulares, sorprendentes y representativos de la comarca del Matarraña, en el Bajo Aragón turolense. Sus viñedos se encuentran dispuestos en diferentes parajes delimitados por barreras naturales de pinos, robles, madroños y matorral bajo de romero, espliego y jarras, a una altitud media de 530 metros sobre el nivel del mar y suelos fértiles de estructura franco-arcillosa.

Proyecto vinícola de La Rioja Baja que, de la mano del viticultor Javier Arizcuren, tiene como objetivo recuperar la memoria de esta región y conservar la herencia vitícola de sus antepasados, llevando a la botella la expresión de un terruño: la Sierra de Yerga. De todos los viñedos que integran el patrimonio vitícola familiar, únicamente aquellas parcelas con mayor potencial vitícola se adscriben al proyecto Arizcuren. Se trata de parcelas de entre 30 y 120 años conducido mayoritariamente en vaso en zonas con características de suelo, altitud y orientación optimas para el cultivo de la vid. Estas parcelas se trabajan de forma orgánica, prescindiendo de herbicidas, pesticidas y abonos de síntesis. Al final del ciclo, se elige una fecha de vendimia que difiere de año en año, dependiendo del momento en el que las uvas alcancen el máximo equilibrio entre fruta, acidez, carga polifenólica, etc.

Proyecto vitivinícola que nace en 2012 de la mano de Agustí Torelló Sibill y su familia con la voluntad de conseguir la máxima expresión de los viejos viñedos de los diferentes terruños del Penedès. Buscan la harmonía entre la planta y la naturaleza, tratando el viñedo de forma individualizada y respetuosa, con los principios de la viticultura ecológica y con el fin de elaborar vinos que, año tras año, reflejen la historia líquida de su territorio. Trabajan en la recuperación de variedades tradicionales con arraigo al territorio.

Bodega de Castellón que comenzó en 2018 con la certificación en ecológico después de 3 años en conversión. Desde hace 8 años no utilizan ningún tipo de insecticida ni herbicida para el control de las hierbas, factor que está contribuyendo a la recuperación de los suelos y al aumento de su riqueza mediante prácticas de agricultura regenerativa. Tienen unas 15 hectáreas de viñedo en 12 fincas en tres términos municipales diferentes, algunas de ellas de más de 80 años y con variedades tradicionales de la zona como embolicaire, además de otras variedades antiguas desconocidas. Sus vinos y espumosos son de baja intervención y muy peculiares.

Bodega fundada en 1956 por un grupo de viticultores de Lerín, en la Ribera Alta de Navarra, con el compromiso de mantener la historia y tradición vinícola local, que se remonta a la época de los romanos. Practican una viticultura limpia, racional y respetuosa con el medio ambiente al entender que la uva debe estar en comunión con la naturaleza de la que nosotros mismos formamos parte. Desde hace años trabajan parte del viñedo en viticultura regenerativa, gestionando las cubiertas vegetales y favoreciendo la biodiversidad, desde el convencimiento de que este tipo de manejo es la mejor herramienta que tienen como viticultores para revertir el cambio climático.

Proyecto vitivinícola familiar que nace en el norte de la isla de Tenerife en el año 2021 de la mano de tres hermanos: Séfora, Mercedes y Felipe, quienes deciden recoger el testigo de manos de su padre tras toda una vida dedicada al cuidado de la tierra. Cuentan con aproximadamente 8.000 metros cuadrados de viñedo propio sembrado en pie franco, compuesto, principalmente, por cepas de la variedad listan negro, siendo el sistema de conducción de las mismas el de cordón trenzado, típico del Valle de La Orotava. Llevan más de 10 años trabajando sus campos de manera ecológica, aplicando, además, técnicas de biodinámica y permacultura, tratando de encontrar un equilibrio tanto paisajístico como con el medio, creando un espacio en el que trabajar y disfrutar de los olores, colores y sonidos que les proporciona la tierra. Su próximo paso será elaborar vinos naturales.

Grupo vitivinícola nacido en 1974 cuando la familia Masaveu adquiere Bodega Murua, en la DOCa Rioja, materializando la pasión por el vino y la viña de esta familia cuyos orígenes como viticultores se remontan a mediados de siglo XIX. Con el tiempo, a esta bodega se han sumado otras en diferentes regiones vitícolas españolas: Fillaboa (DO Rías Baixas), Pagos de Araiz (DO Navarra), Leda (Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León) y Valverán (Asturias). Todos estos proyectos vitícolas tienen un denominador común: son elaboraciones limitadas, procedentes de viñedos propios y comprometidas con la calidad y el respeto por la tierra.

Viticultores del Penedès desde 1531, llevan a cabo una agricultura respetuosa con el entorno y regenerativa, potenciando la vida y los procesos naturales que favorezcan un estado óptimo de salud de sus cepas. Siguiendo este paradigma, desde Can Pascual trabajan para favorecer la biodiversidad como fuente del equilibrio del ecosistema, incorporando ganado en el viñedo y cuidando de los bosques y las plantas silvestres, así como la flora y fauna auxiliar. Su cometido como viticultores es acompañar al viñedo para que desarrolle todo su potencial, observando sus necesidades y tratándolo de forma personalizada. Para la elaboración de sus vinos, utilizan barricas de castaño, con el fin de recuperar técnicas ancestrales, utilizar productos de proximidad y favorecer la preservación de los aromas primarios de la uva.

Bodega que nace en 1996 de la preocupación de la familia Pérez Ovejero por el abandono de la viña centenaria y autóctona de Porrera, en el Priorat, debido a las difíciles condiciones de trabajo y la baja rentabilidad económica que obtenían sus viticultores. Junto con los socios de la Cooperativa del pueblo, se puso en marcha este proyecto para recuperar los viejos viñedos de cariñenas y garnachas que crecen en suelos de pizarra, a una altitud de entre 350-600 metros, un desnivel en pendientes de un 40-50% y una producción media de 300-500 gr. de uva por planta. Cims de Porrera es un camino de reconocimiento hacia la propia expresión del Priorat.

Proyecto vitivinícola del Priorat que comenzó en 2015 de la mano de Michel Grupper; el nombre de la bodega es un acrónimo de los nombres de sus hijos: PAul, CHarles y EMma. Se trata de una bodega centrada en la historia del Priorat y su gente, y en una filosofía de cultivo sostenible, que permite la creación de vinos sutiles y elegantes que creen experiencias y acompañen momentos únicos. La visión de este proyecto es dar a conocer el Priorat y sus maravillas, apoyando la actividad enoturística, y sublimarlo, integrando en su paisaje una bodega con una arquitectura sostenible y respetuosa de este territorio.

La familia Camarero Bajo se dedica al viñedo desde el siglo XVIII. Tenían una antigua alcoholera y en el año 2000 deciden empezar a elaborar. En esta añada la familia decide apoyar a Javier, un miembro de la familia que, 20 años atrás, había iniciado nuevas plantaciones y cuidado los majuelos de la familia. Hoy, sus tres hijos, José Mª, Francisco Javier y Encarna, técnicos cualificados y con formación en enología y gestión de empresas, se han integrado en la bodega familiar. Sus instalaciones se encuentran en Moradillo de Roa, justo en el límite con Segovia.

Viñedo familiar de la reserva de la biosfera de la Ribeira Sacra, con un fuerte compromiso con la viticultura regenerativa y la preservación de la biodiversidad, donde se mezclan especies atlánticas como el tojo con otras de carácter mediterráneo como naranjos, olivos o higueras. El compromiso de Lagar do Vento es apoyar y fortalecer esta riqueza natural, creando el entorno adecuado para el crecimiento de comunidades de insectos y microorganismos autóctonos, en lugar de depender de pesticidas. Esta bodega también está comprometida con el desarrollo rural del Concello de Chantada, donde se encuentran las fincas, para contribuir a mantener la relación entre el paisaje natural y el paisaje humano, conservando el empleo local y ayudando a evitar el éxodo rural.

A winemaking project that began in 1558, the year the Tucci family started growing grapes in Italy. After eighteen generations in this land, they moved to Argentina to continue their work as vintners. With deep respect for nature, they have been using resources in the most efficient way possible to perfect each process over the years. In Vista Flores, Uco Valley, and Mendoza, they own 42 hectares of vineyard and 5.6 hectares of original native vegetation. This is the first Argentine vineyard to be certified according to GlobalGAP standards from the first harvest in 2007, continuously until now. Their goal is to ensure the quality of their wines along with sustainability for the current world and future generations.

Proyecto vinícola que empezó en 2007 en las islas Canarias de la mano de Zacarias y Raúl. Su motivación principal era conseguir el equilibrio entre cantidad y calidad, utilizando métodos respetuosos con el entorno. Basan su trabajo en las labores culturales y se apoyan de productos “residuo cero” como las fitovacunas naturales. El año pasado incorporaron una generadora de ozono y ya llevan de 2 a 3 años sin remover el suelo, facilitando la creación del manto vegetal. Fruto de este trabajo, elaboran un vino tinto de guarda, cuya primera cosecha fue en 2017.

Bodega fundada en 1924 cuando Josep Mata Capellades se inicia en el mundo del vino espumoso y construye las cavas en el centro histórico de Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Barcelona). Su compromiso con el terroir los lleva a cultivar únicamente viñedos propios con variedades tradicionales del Penedès, con una apuesta histórica por la xarel·lo. Desde 2006, practican la viticultura biodinámica, y fueron los primeros de la región vitivinícola del Penedès en certificarse en agricultura biodinámica en 2010. Su compromiso es cuidar y respetar el propio paisaje y apostar por una viticultura sin fertilizantes químicos, herbicidas o fungicidas, solo con elementos de origen natural.

Bodega familiar fundada por Miquel Nadal Fiol en 1932 y una de las Casas del Vino más antiguas de la región vitivinícola de Binissalem, en Mallorca. Defensora del medio ambiente, las variedades nativas y la cultura mallorquina, se dedica a la elaboración de vino aunando innovación y tradición. Actualmente, Rafel Nadal y su hija, la enóloga Esperanza Nadal, trabajan para mejorar la gestión de la viña y de la bodega desde un punto de vista sostenible y respetuoso con el medio ambiente: minimizan la generación de residuos y la emisión de CO2, usan minerales y abonos naturales en lugar de productos químicos y utilizan botellas de vidrio ligeras y etiquetas de origen mineral.

Proyecto vinícola del Montgrí, en la comarca del Baix Empordà (Girona), creado por Eduard y Adrià Muixach, dos hermanos apasionados por la tierra que trabajan sus viñedos y olivos a través de la viticultura regenerativa, basándose en el respeto por el territorio y aportando su grano de arena para frenar el avance del cambio climático. De algunos de estos viñedos y como fruto de su trabajo nace ‘d’un LLOC del Montgrí 2020’, donde conviven cepas de garnacha tinta y syrah, rodeadas de olivos y pino blanco, que dan lugar a un vino fresco y elegante, estructurado y sedoso en boca en una expresión honesta de la zona del Montgrí.

Bodega Vega de Gáldar is a small winery located in an old agricultural building from the late 17th century in the La Vega region of the municipality of Gáldar, in the northwest of the island of Gran Canaria. Several of its vineyards are located on small terraces, which until the end of the 90s were planted with banana trees, so its volcanic tuff soils were covered with clay or clay loam soil. All of its strains are native varieties: Listan blanco, aromatic and volcanic malvasías, marmajuelos and albillo as white varieties, and red varieties such as Listan negra, castellanas, vijariego negro and baboseo negro. Since 2000, the winery has been working with certified organic agriculture and since 2017, organic and regenerative agriculture practices were introduced, with the philosophy of enhancing the life of the soil: plant covers, rock powders, Bocashi, efficient microorganisms, bioferments, etc.

Bodega familiar fundada en 1986 por Josep Maria Raventós i Blanc, con el sueño de recuperar el vínculo entre hombre y naturaleza, y apostar por unos espumosos de máxima calidad. La granja familiar donde hoy nacen sus vinos pertenece, desde el año 1497, a la familia Raventós, que lleva cinco siglos de dedicación al cultivo en estas 90 hectáreas de viñedos y bosque. Esta finca de viñedos, bosque y lago se mantiene unida, con 44 parcelas que la actual vigésimo primera generación –Pepe Raventós– cultiva de acuerdo a la viticultura biodinámica. A finales del siglo XIX, 1888, Manuel Raventós Domènech estableció el cupaje del espumoso del Penedés solo con variedades autóctonas: Macabeu, Xarel·lo y Parellada, cupaje todavía vigente hoy. También dedicó sus esfuerzos a seleccionar los mejores ejemplares de estas variedades autóctonas, sentando las bases de los viñedos con los que se elaboran sus vinos.

The Lafage family has been dedicated to viticulture for more than 2 centuries. His winery is located in the heart of Roussillon, in the south of France, in a 15th-century Masía Catalana built in stone. Currently, they have more than 350 hectares of vineyards, which extend from the shores of the Mediterranean in Canet-en-Roussillon, to the Pyrenean foothills of Aspres, passing through Maury. At the hands of Jean Marc and Eliane Lafage, the winery's mission is to show and value the most beautiful plots of Roussillon, and create wines that reflect the typicality of this territory, as well as pay homage to the magnificent vineyards that nature and their ancestors left them.

Can Cruset agroturisme es un proyecto de alojamiento rural comprometido con la tierra, situado a pocos kilómetros de Sant Martí Sarroca. Trabajan diferentes aspectos de la agricultura, como el cultivo de viñedos, olivos y almendros, de forma ecológica certificados por el CCPAE. Además, desde la casa de agroturismo se da a conocer esta actividad agrícola y se comercializa los productos que se elaboran a partir de los cultivos de la finca, como el aceite de oliva ecológico y extra virgen.

Este proyecto vitivinícola está situado en un espacio natural protegido de gran belleza, la Reserva Natural de la Sierra de Llaberia, en el sur del Priorat y en la DO Montsant. A 450 metros de altitud ya 10 km del mar, es un anfiteatro rodeado de montañas y bosque mediterráneo, con una orografía muy irregular. A lo largo de estos años han ido incorporando viñedos de los mejores lugares de la DO Montsant, siempre buscando las zonas más altas y suelos que le dan personalidad y tipicidad a cada vino. En definitiva, viñedos únicos y de muy poca producción que gracias a la conservación de la memoria medioambiental de los fenotipos de los viñedos más viejos, dan la máxima expresión de Garnacha y Cariñena de la zona.

Origen fue creado por el ingeniero agrónomo y enólogo Julio Prieto Díaz en 2010, con la intención de dar un paso más en el ámbito de la cultura vitivinícola, y ayudar, a través de campos como la formación y la asesoría personalizada en el ámbito agrónomo y enológico, a aquellos proyectos vitivinícolas que quieran crear el producto de sus sueños. Su lema es "Antes de la selección del pago, de la variedad. Antes de la selección de la uva. Ayudando a elegir la mejor tierra, el cuidado preciso, el tratamiento adecuado. Con el valor de la mejor tradición vitícola y la confianza en la innovación tecnológica. Sabemos que cada cliente representa a un vino diferente, adaptado al gusto de su consumidor, recogiendo la tradición vitícola de cada terroir y recordando siempre un principio irrenunciable: La calidad."

Bodega pionera en la DO Ribera del Duero que fue fundada por la familia Pérez Pascuas. El interés de esta familia por el terruño y el vino empezó de la mano de su patriarca, Mauro Pérez, quien eligió una población con larga tradición vitivinícola, Pedrosa de Duero, para plantar sus primeros majuelos, que se han convertido en el pilar sobre el que se levantó Bodegas Hnos. Pérez Pascuas en 1980. Las 35 hectáreas iniciales son hoy 124, y constituyen uno de los viñedos propios más extensos y antiguos de la región. El respeto al terruño, la investigación, el esfuerzo e ilusión de la familia Pérez Pascuas dan como resultado una trayectoria impecable y unos vinos de admirable regularidad: Viña Pedrosa, Cepa Gavilán, Finca La Navilla y Pérez Pascuas Gran Selección.

Proyecto familiar que dispone de cítricos y viñedo en Pedreguer-Alicante, plantado en espaldera con apoyo de riego por goteo. La variedad predominante es la chardonnay, aunque también tienen unos 3.000 metros de moscatel en vaso. Este proyecto está diseñado en base a una idea holística de la tierra, integrando el viñedo en el paisaje gracias a la recuperación de los márgenes de piedra seca y reduciendo al máximo la intervención en el terreno. También han introducido plantas (islas florales) que favorecen la atracción de las abejas y de depredadores que ayudan a fagocitar a las plagas, rosales en la mayoría de las cabeceras de las filas, "hoteles de insectos", etc, y mantienen la cubierta vegetal con el fin de evitar la erosión y reducir al máximo el laboreo, entre otras acciones. Se trata de una finca sostenible y respetuosa con el medio ambiente para que produzca uvas de calidad y con las que poder elaborar del mismo modo vinos de calidad.

Proyecto familiar que empezó en 2016 en la Bahía de Alcudia (Mallorca), a menos del 5 km del mar. Trabajan sus 4 hectáreas de viña utilizando los recursos de la propia finca, como sus ovejas, que les ayudan a mejorar los suelos a través del pastoreo planificado. En 2019 comenzaron a producir sus vinos, en los que buscan transmitir su ilusión y respeto por la naturaleza junto con la esencia del terroir de la zona.

Pequeño proyecto personal del enólogo Paulo Coutinho de 2 hectáreas de viñedo en Sabrosa, que representa el 65% de la superficie total del proyecto. Empezaron a reconvertir su viñedo a la agricultura ecológica en 2012, y actualmente ya tienen toda la superficie de viñedo certificada, que completarán en 2023 con la certificación de un olivar. La certificación orgánica fue solo el primer paso, ya que después implementaron una filosofía regenerativa, con cobertura, fomento de la biodiversidad, reproducción de microorganismos para aplicación en el suelo, compostaje... Además de vino certificado, también comercializan aceite de oliva y saúco.

Bodega nacida en 1997 situada en el sudoeste del Priorat, en Bellmunt del Priorat, focalizada en que el viñedo exprese el potencial y la autenticidad de las dos variedades más arraladas de la región: garnacha y cariñena. La estima y respeto por la tierra de Judit Llop, la enóloga de la bodega hizo que, en 2012, cuando observó que los suelos eran pobres y estaban castigados, se lanzara a tratarlos con probióticos, siendo una de las primeras bodegas en España que hizo este tratamiento. Juntamente con la universidad Rovira y Virgili de Tarragona, desarrolló un estudio durante 4 años para analizar el impacto del uso de probióticos en el viñedo, que culminó con la certificación ecológica de todos los viñedos y vinos de la bodega en 2019.

Thomas Reynolds, marino y comerciante inglés, llegó a Portugal en 1820 atraído por el potencial del comercio del vino. Se instaló en la ciudad de Oporto con sus dos hijos, Thomas y Robert, desde donde abastecieron de vino de Oporto su tienda londinense. En 1838, se mudaron a la antigua ciudad española de Alburquerque, cerca de Portugal, para iniciar una fábrica de corcho. En 1850, Thomas, padre e hijo, viajaron a Nueva Zelanda para iniciar una nueva empresa y nunca regresaron a Portugal. Robert, el hijo menor, se instaló en Estremoz, Alentejo, para desarrollar con éxito la industria del corcho en Portugal, donde compró grandes fincas. Sus hijos Robert y John continuaron trabajando en la región y dedicaron su tiempo con pasión a la elaboración de vinos tranquilos de calidad. Varios de sus descendientes continúan cultivando cultivos en el Alentejo hoy y elaboran vinos con la misma pasión y principios de calidad. Julian Reynolds, bisnieto de Robert Reynolds, es uno de ellos. Utiliza el nombre comercial de su bisabuelo "Reynolds Wine Growers" con responsabilidad y orgullo.

Situado en el corazón del Empordà, La Vinyeta es una pequeña explotación de viñedo y olivo con espíritu joven y creada a partir del esfuerzo y la ilusión. El origen del proyecto se remonta al 2002, a partir de dos viñedos viejos de Cariñena y Garnacha que Josep y Marta compraron a un viejo viticultor del pueblo. Hoy en día es uno de los proyectos más dinámicos y queridos en la zona y destaca por recuperar el modelo tradicional de las antiguas masías. En La Vinyeta los cultivos conviven en armonía con el ganado. Las gallinas se alimentan de los restos de la uva prensada en bodega, las ovejas pastan los viñedos y las abejas fomentan la biodiversidad y certifican el trabajo ecológico de la finca. Complementan la producción de vino y aceite con quesos, miel, vinagre y embutidos. La Vinyeta es también un referente a nivel enoturístico, ofrece todo tipo de visitas singulares, alojamiento y muchas actividades.

Viña Santa Ema is a Chilean winery with a family seal, which dates back to its beginnings in the 20th century when Pedro Pavone Voglino, a visionary and innovative Italian, arrived from Piedmont and discovered a unique terroir on Isla de Maipo. In 1956 he founded the wine company with his son Félix Pavone Arbea, in the Chacra Santa Ema. From then on, Santa Ema opened up to Chile and the world, in a process of solid and uninterrupted growth, led today by the Third and Fourth Generations of the Pavone family. Viña Santa Ema has two vineyards, both located in the Maipo Valley. The Cerro Blanco farm is located in Maipo Alto, at the foot of the Andes Mountains, an exceptional vineyard for the cultivation of red vines. Desde 1669 la familia Fàbregas ha estado vinculada al campo y a la viña, en el Penedès. Actualmente la bodega J- Fortuny Fàbregas tiene 50 hectáreas de viñedos en producción en 3 fincas muy diferenciadas: en Font Rubí a 700 metros de altitud, rodeada de bosque y con un clima húmedo; en Banyeres del Penedès con una tierra más acida y un clima más seco; y en Pla del Penedès, con viñedos más viejos. Practican la agricultura ecológica, sostenible y desde hace 4 años, regenerativa. Family business established for 20 years in Aragon, Spain. They are dedicated to the elaboration of quality wines and especially made with the autochthonous Garnacha variety. Pentateuco is a small family boutique winery that, run by winegrower Ricardo Cantera, produces quality wines in Ribera del Fresno. Backed by a history rooted in winemaking culture in Spain, Miguel Torres Chile arrived in the Curicó Valley in 1979 after searching for a new location. On this journey, as well as finding excellent climatic conditions, the family has committed to innovating in wine production, incorporating stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels. Today, Miguel Torres Chile also focuses its commitment on organic vine-growing and Fair Trade certification for various wines. These advances have helped the company to become more sustainable, and to implement several sustainable projects.

The origins of Perelada go back to 1923, when the Mateu family acquired the Castle of Peralada with the aim of revitalizing the long winemaking tradition of the Empordà. The first wines, vinified in the cellar and cellars that were under the Carmel Convent, within the castle complex, fell in love with the public and soon they were selected for official banquets of outstanding historical relevance. In 2022, the dream of three generations of the Suqué Mateu family was fulfilled with the inauguration of its new winery, conceived with the commitment to produce excellent wines, highlighting the vineyards of the different estates of the property and the enormous winemaking potential of the D.O. Family of winegrowers who a couple of years ago decided to set up their own winery. They make natural wines in an artisanal way without any type of additives and minimal intervention. In the vineyard, they do not use herbicides or insecticides and this year they have begun to manage the cover crops.

Winery located in Tiana, in the Maresme region, in the DO Alella, CAVA and Catalonia. With 11 hectares of vineyard, they carry out practices typical of ecological and regenerative viticulture, such as the use of sheep grass for the fertilization and management of the plant cover of grasses, cruciferous and legumes, working with chickens in free grazing 365 days a year that remove the most superficial layer of the topsoil, strengthening subsoil insects with seeds and burrows with stones for the formation of deep galleries, not tilling the vineyard, etc.

In 2019 Stephen and Jeany Cronk sold their home in London and moved with their three children to Provence where he and they founded Maison Mirabeau which is now an internationally recognised rosé wine brand. Ten years later in 2019 they acquired a 20-hectare estate near La Garde Freinet in the Côtes de Provence appellation. The soil, having been conventionally farmed for the previous 25 years, resembled a moon landscape and the couple decided to bring the estate back to life. Converting to organic farming wasn't going to provide enough of a framework for rebuilding soil organic matter and so they looked into regenerative agriculture and the path was set to convert their piece of land back to its natural glory and invite life back into its soils. This is steadily being undertaken with the guidance and support of regenerative viticulture pioneers. Stephen is one of the founders of the Regenerative Viticulture Foundation, a UK based non-profit that aims to support wine producers around the world as they transition towards regenerative farming.

With the aim of recovering and giving life to some of the Priorat vineyards, Alícia and Josep started the project in Porrera, in the DOQ Priorat, with the Tentiber vineyard and the Tossal vineyard. They make wines that are the maximum expression of the "terroir", of high quality, elegant, in small productions and under the principles of organic and regenerative agriculture. ALICIA AND JOSEP VITICULTORS persist with effort and great enthusiasm to show the potential of the "Cru" of Priorat.

The origins of Heretat Mascorrubí are found in the ancient convent of the Order of the Temple of the castle of Celma founded in the 12th century; the first document mentioning the estate dates from January 1279 on the occasion of an inheritance, since then the vineyard has been part of the landscape, an organic vineyard, at altitude (+ 500m) with native varieties of the area: Montònega (Parellada), White and Black Grenache, and White and Black Sumoll, with some plots of pre-phylloxera varieties recovered to make experimental wines. With these grapes, at Heretat Mascorrubí, wines of minimal intervention are made with a philosophy of regenerative agriculture.

A family winery and winery founded in 2012, pioneer in the production of sparkling wines in northern Chilean Patagonia. Located near the town of Frutillar in the basin of Lake Llanquihue, it is defined as a "winery with meaning" whose purpose is to seek the overall profitability of the farm through the implementation of organic and regenerative agricultural practices, and the conviction of being promoters of a new approach to rural development that serves as an inspiration for other small farmers to see in the wine industry an opportunity for productive diversification capable of improving their quality of life and environment. Bodegas Fundador, a company dedicated to the production of Brandy and Sherry Wines, was founded in 1730 in Jerez de la Frontera (Cadiz - Spain), being one of the pioneering and oldest firms in the Marco de Jerez. Its heritage includes 16th century cellars, Christian-Mudejar buildings, as well as one of the oldest and most prestigious brandy and sherry soleras. It produces and distributes iconic brands such as Fundador, Harveys, Terry, Tres Cepas, Garvey and Soto. Atavus Priorat is a 360º project focused on respect for nature and natural wines without additives. For this reason and with the aim of leaving a lower carbon footprint and thinking about the future, they carry out actions such as limiting the weight of the bottle, labels on recycled paper, vegetable inks and unbleached corks. They do not have a connection to the electricity grid, as they generate their own energy. Viticulture is their vocation, and they consider their workers to be their greatest asset. They make clean and elegant wines with the utmost care and so that those who enjoy them share their way of making more natural products.

Altos Norte Vinícola is a farm located in the State of Jalisco, in the central area of ​​Mexico. They have a vineyard area of ​​4 hectares of the Malbec, Albariño, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, with a total of 180 hectares that they use mainly for grazing. They make natural sparkling wines using ancestral and traditional methods, through regenerative viticulture. All the wine is produced on the property, exclusively with its own grapes and through spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts.

The association for the recovery of the vineyard and the viticultural tradition of the Jiloca Valley is a non-profit entity dedicated to the recovery and putting into production of vineyard plots that were abandoned or in the process of abandonment, thus avoiding their degradation and impact . in the landscape. The vineyard, along with other traditional crops, was part of the landscape of the Jiloca (river that runs between the provinces of Teruel and Zaragoza), mainly in its middle stretch, greatly affected by the phenomenon of depopulation. In the association, they contact owners and, after a transfer agreement, they work their plots voluntarily. At the same time, they look for sponsors who, through their patronage, can support the management costs of the association. Currently, the association works with 100 sponsors and 22 recovered plots with a total of about 18 hectares of vineyards.

This winery was founded in Ribera del Duero in 2000 as a result of the passion for the world of wine of José María Basconcillos and his daughters Mª José and Carmen, who have inherited that same enthusiasm. The Dominio de Basconcillos vineyards (45 hectares in total) are located at a thousand meters of altitude, on a sunny slope with perfect exposure and on clay-calcareous and sandy loam soils. As for winemaking, destemming is carried out directly on each tank, so the grapes arrive intact to the place where they undergo fermentation and maceration. The yeasts of alcoholic fermentation and the malolactic bacteria are indigenous, natural to the grape skins themselves.

Roca Viva Wines was born as a dream cherished by David Raya Moreno, moved by the hope of recovering and regenerating exceptional vineyards in Andalusia. His devotion to honest, pure and authentic wines became the driving force behind this project that seeks not only to make exceptional wines but also to preserve the very essence of the region. In 2021, on this wine journey, David found company in Peter Freislederer, a collaborator who shares the vision and joins the project to bring the winery to life. In the following year, Roca Viva Wines became a joint project with Finca La Donaira and is now located in the vicinity of this ecological retreat in Montecorto, Málaga. The Cúneo family founded Casas del Bosque in 1993, in Casablanca, 70 kilometers away from Santiago (Chile).
